Officially house hunting.
Today was an exciting day, we met up with my mom (our real estate agent) and went house hunting for the very first time! Nothing crazy happened, no offers were made, but we had a great first experience overall and are feeling hopeful in continuing our search. Now that we are finally pre-approved, it feels more real, both Paul and I are now motivated to get out there are tour different neighborhoods on our free time. So, we'll see what happens! This whole experience is so brand new to both of us, which is also exciting in itself. A new chapter of life is starting for us!

Well, that's one agent that truly has your best interests! Very few are as fortunate as you in this new adventure of yours, so enjoy every minute of it! Scrutinize every home that you see, and compare it to a home that you and Paul like. It's cute that your mom is helping you in this new stage of your life, so you gotta make the most out of that too!
