In all honesty, we aren't big Halloween decorators. Christmas? Well that is a whole new world. For us, a good fall candle does the trick. This lack of halloween spirit can't stop me on Pinterest though! Instead of messy pumpkin carving, I think pumpkin painting will be our new thing! If you have any other fun pumpkin ideas, please share :) Paul and I are thinking of hosting a P.P.P. (pumpkin painting party) for some friends. Prizes to the best pumpkin painter!

I just tried to do the chevron pumpkins last weekend and I think they turned out great. The taping of the pumpkin is probably the worst part, but that's because I'm a perfectionist! haha
