- 20 - 30 minutes of Cardio (biking, running, stair master or elliptical)
- 1 target area of weight lifting (upper or lower body) usually 5 different types, 4 sets of 8.
- Before bed I've also been super diligent (ask Paul) about these 2 ab workouts HERE & HERE. I switch from time to time depending on what I feel like.
- Cutting out most carbs. I'm sorry but I just can't let them all go…
- Drinking as much h20 as I remember to!
Normally it's late so I can't complete the "mountain climbers" on the Burning Core Pyramid so I switch it out with another ab exercise. Our downstairs neighbors have already called the cops on us once..anndd that's a whoooole other story. Preferably told over margaritas. After our vacation there are about 1,000 different interest recipes that involve bread of some sort, here are a handful..
Martha's mac & cheese + banana-peanut butter french toast?!? Be still my heart and carb deprived belly...
These photos look delicious. I have always wanted to go to the Caribbean. I bet a cruise will be a blast. Good luck with fitness :)
